For the most cost-effective option, head over the pass to Victor, Idaho and check out Teton Reserve Golf Course—a welcoming public course with breathtaking views and great value. It’s our personal favorite to go to as a family!

Café Genevieve – A must for breakfast or lunch, offering hearty comfort food in a historic log cabin downtown.


Hand Fire Pizza – Located in a restored theater, this spot serves up wood-fired pizzas with creative toppings—great for lunch or dinner. Our FAV!


Big Hole BBQ – Casual and delicious, this local favorite serves up smoky pulled pork, ribs, and brisket—ideal for a laid-back lunch or dinner.


Local Restaurant & Bar – A modern steakhouse on the Town Square featuring locally sourced meats and a vibrant bar scene, perfect for a night out.


Persephone Bakery – A beloved Jackson gem for breakfast or brunch, known for its fresh pastries, coffee, and beautiful outdoor patio.

Dornans —just outside Grand Teton National Park, offers stunning, unobstructed views of the Tetons and a relaxed setting for drinks, pizza, and live music—perfect for soaking in the scenery. It’s also a convenient spot to fill up your rental car before your return flight, with genuinely great food and cocktails to enjoy along the way.


Cowboy Coffee Co. – The perfect stop for a morning pick-me-up or midday latte, serving locally roasted coffee in a relaxed, western-inspired space.

For a true taste of the Wild West, don't miss the Bar T 5 Chuckwagon Dinner in Jackson Hole. Tucked into beautiful Cache Creek Canyon, this experience begins with a scenic covered wagon ride pulled by draft horses. Once you arrive at the canyon site, you’ll be treated to a hearty cowboy-style meal—think barbecue chicken, slow-cooked beef, baked potatoes, homemade biscuits, and fresh apple pie. After dinner, enjoy an evening of lively Western music, storytelling, and cowboy comedy around the campfire. Dinner shows are offered Monday through Saturday at 4:45 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Depending on your schedule, you may be able to catch a show on Thursday evening-- it would allow you to have a fun dinner experience true to Jackson Hole. It’s an unforgettable, family-friendly evening and a Jackson tradition since 1974!
